We do not offer cancellations after an order has been accepted. Once your order has been processed and accepted, you are committed to completing the transaction as per the terms of the service agreement.


2. Refund Policy

If you have made a payment for our services but the service is not delivered, we will initiate a full refund of your payment.

Refunds will be processed within 8-10 business days from the time the issue is reported and verified.
